Return Policy for non special-order items

We honor a 30-day money back guarantee on all items that are-not special-order. (See below for our special-order Return Policy). If you are not satisfied with your item purchased, we'll gladly refund your investment. An RMA number must accompany all returns. Call us at 1 (888) JWS-ASAP to receive your RMA number and return instructions. All returned merchandise that is not accompanied by a registered RMA number will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense and the return will NOT be processed (no exceptions). The 30-day return period begins on the day you receive your product(s). All returns must be accompanied by the following:
  • A return reference number (this number will be provided to you when you call us)
  • The reason for your return
  • The invoice you received with your order

It is highly recommended that you ship your return via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL or a similar carrier that offers tracking and insurance. We will not be responsible for damage to products during shipping. So please take care in packaging your product so it doesn't get damaged in transit.

Return Policy for special-order items

We honor a 15-day money back return on all special-order items. Returns will only be accepted if the product(s) are unopened, unused and in new condition inside the original packaging and sealed inside its shrink-wrap, having all paperwork and accessories included. Or if the product is damaged. Some close-outs, special-order, and specified items are final sales and non-refundable and non-returnable.  This type of order will be noted at time of order and stated on the invoice that accompanies item purchased.  An RMA number must accompany all returns. Call us at 1 (888) JWS-ASAP to receive your RMA number and return instructions. Refunds & Damaged Products

Refunds:
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of the receipt of your return. Shipping will only be refunded if your product was damaged when you received it or your return is a result of our mistake. If your return was not a result of our mistake or a damaged product and you received free shipping on a product then you will be refunded your product(s) cost minus our cost to ship the product to you and/or the cost to ship the product back to our warehouse.

Damaged Products:
Any damaged product can be returned within 15 days of the receipt of your purchase. A RMA number must accompany your return. Call us at 1 (888) JWS-ASAP to receive your RMA number and return instructions. You will NOT be responsible for the shipping costs on damaged products.

All damaged products must be accompanied by the following:

  • A return reference number (this number will be provided to you when you call us)
  • The reason for your return
  • The invoice you received with your order

Shipping Policies

Shipping:
Most orders placed before 1:00PM PST will be shipped same day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Depending on where you live your package will usually take between 3-9 business days to arrive.

Please note that orders are not shipped out on Weekends or Holidays

By default, we ship packages without requiring a signature upon delivery. If you'd like to add this service to your shipment, you must contact us at 1 (888) JWS-ASAP to explicitly request that a signature be required upon delivery. Neither we nor the shipping company can be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged once delivery has been made!

Other Policies

Coupons & Vouchers
Unless otherwise specified, all coupons and vouchers have a 2-month expiration date from the time they are issued. We cannot redeem any coupons or vouchers past the expiration date.
