(DBA JWSDIYwindows.com, JWSEststatesales.com herein called JWS) customers understand that JWS is not responsible for any product issues involving their project other than what may be written manufacturers warranties state, If applicable, but may be understood and reversed. 
  • The customer is responsible for all size, colors, options and all related installation techniques, except where the wrong decision is made by the customer.  JWS will work out a fair deal with regard to warranty, margin of error, and shipping.  
  • JWS advice is strictly designed to present ideas that may help to explain the process of installation of their product.  Or to take away doubt that a consumer may have.
  • JWS advice should not be used as an alternative to city, state or federal building codes applicable in the location where work is to be performed.  But may be taken as experienced advise with the intent to resolve a problem.
